Teresa holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and brings more than 15 years of experience in scientific research and academia, including leadership roles in research program development and implementation. She founded Aditya Insight to apply her expertise in research, innovation, and program strategy to a broader range of challenges across the corporate and public sectors.
She is responsible for the company's strategic direction, client engagement, financial oversight, and final decision-making authority. Her academic appointments include Assistant Research Professor at The Pennsylvania State University, where she has led translational nanomedicine and molecular diagnostics research with collaborators including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Jay contributes more than 20 years of experience in software development, data systems, and project management. He leads the design and implementation of technical solutions that support data integration, reporting, and scalable system architecture for Aditya Insight's clients.
As VP, Jay oversees the firm's technical strategy and the engineering quality of every delivered solution — ensuring that the systems we build are maintainable, defensible, and aligned with the long-term operational needs of the organizations we serve.
